Chapelhouse MG St Helens were great because I didn't feel pressured and felt like Scott when above and beyond to make everything as easy as possible. Everything was explained from start to end and Scott kept me informed throughout the process. The test drive was relaxing and again I didn't feel under any pressure. As a woman going in on your own to buy a car is very daunting, my husband was working and unable to go with me, but Scott was there to help and guide me and went through everything until the car i wanted was brought over from the holding site. As promised Scott got the car over on the Monday and I was able to view it with my husband this time. Again Scott went through everything so my husband was informed and included in the process of getting me a new car. Fantastic service throughout from Scott, he's a credit to your team.
